Audrey is an Australian registered dietitian and a member of the Australian Dietitians Association and the Hong Kong Dietitians Association . She holds a master's degree in nutrition and dietetics from the University of Sydney and a bachelor's degree in food and dietetics from the University of Hong Kong . Additionally, she completed The "FODMAP Course" of Australia's Monash University and the "Kidney Disease Nutritional Therapy Training Course" of the Australian Dietitians Association are designed to develop personalized dietary treatment plans for customers suffering from irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and chronic kidney disease.
